Amanda Jennings Obituary

AUSTINTOWN – Amanda Kimberly Jennings, age 39, entered into eternal rest Monday, August 18, 2025 at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown. She was born October 25. 1985 in Youngstown, the daughter of Lannie and Nancy (Matuscak) Tackett. Amanda attended Chaney High School and worked in housekeeping in area nursing homes. She loved to spend time outdoors, especially at the park. When indoors, she enjoyed her kitties and listening to music. When she wanted company, her happy place was with family. Precious memories of Amanda live on with her father, Lannie Tackett of Youngstown; her daughter, Malena Jennings of Austintown; two sisters, Stacey Tackett of Boardman and Amy Hilbert of Howland; her brother, Lanny "Jason" Tackett of Austintown; and other friends and family who loved her dearly and remember her fondly. Her mother, Nancy Tackett, precedes her in death. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. To honor Amanda's great life, do a good deed for someone, and remember Amanda and her loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.
