Bette Tabor Obituary
Bette Jean Tabor, 81, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of February 15th, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to her family.
Born with a heart full of warmth, Bette dedicated much of her life to caring for others. She was a talented beautician and the proud owner of All About Hair, where she not only styled hair but also built lasting friendships with her clients, many of whom became like family.
Bette found joy in the simple things-spending time at her little house on the lake, crocheting beautiful pieces with love, cooking meals that brought people together, and, above all, cherishing moments with her family. Her greatest pride and joy were her granddaughters: Savanna Duganne of North Carolina, Lisa (Hamza) Abdelqader of Beaufort, SC, Kali (Cooper) Carlisle of New Waterford, OH, and Brianna Tabor of Youngstown, OH. She also leaves behind her daughter, Christina Tabor of Youngstown, OH, brother, Don Patterson of Youngstown, OH, and her ten beautiful great-grandchildren: Aaliyah (yaya), Jason, Angelina, Joseph, Harper, Levi, Cayden, Jordan, Evelyn, and Brady.
Besides her parents, Bette was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Tabor; her brothers, Kenny Patterson, Jimmy Patterson, Charlie Patterson, & George Patterson; her sister, Delores Patterson; and her son, Brian Tabor.
She is survived by a family who adored her and by many friends who were touched by her kindness and generosity.
Bette's selfless love and unwavering support will forever be remembered by those who were lucky enough to know her. She poured her heart into her family, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and strength that will carry on for generations.
A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered. A gathering will be planned at a later date to celebrate her life.
