Cheryl Lynn Armstrong

Cheryl Armstrong Obituary Cheryl L. Armstrong, 55, of Warren, passed away on December 6, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Cheryl was born January 16, 1968 in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of Gerald and Linda (Davis) Butcher. Cheryl was a graduate of Mineral Ridge High School and Youngstown State University, where she earned a masters degree in Early Childhood Education and a bachelor's degree in nursing. She had worked for St. Elizabeth Hospital, Children's Services, while living in Arizona, and the National Youth Advocate Program. In her spare time, she enjoyed scrapbooking for the family. Besides her father, living in Pittsburgh, she leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Norman Armstrong, whom she married December 17, 1999; her children, Marsha (Anthony) Giangarra, of Hubbard, Jessica Little of Boardman, James Little, of Fowler, Gavyn Armstrong, of Youngstown, Carolynn Armstrong, of Canton, Philip Armstrong, of Canton and Silas Armstrong, of Champion; brother, Joseph (Jayme) Butcher of Wexford, Pa; and her grandchildren, Avalenna Faustino, Ronald & Roman Lewis. As per Cheryl's wishes, a private interment was held at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Youngstown.
