CORTLAND - Mark Allen Scott, 65, passed away October 6, 2025. Mark was born July 4, 1960 in Warren, Ohio, the son of the late Zed and Patricia Scott. He was a graduate of Maplewood High School. Mark worked as a mechanic in a variety of industries. He loved working with his hands and solving problems. Mark is survived by his sister, Debbi (Herb) Stowe, and his brother, Randy (Sheba) Scott, both of Cortland; plus several nieces and nephews: Amy Yarger, Greg and Aaron Stowe, and Ryan and Rachael Scott. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm Monday, October 13, 2025, with visitation one hour prior, at Staton Borowski Funeral Home in Warren. Mark will be laid to rest at the East Mecca Cemetery, next to his parents. Arrangements are entrusted to Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, 962 North Road NE, Warren, Ohio 44483, 330-394-6200.
