Patricia DeBlase Obituary

Patricia DeBlase, 82, of Sharon, passed away Thursday evening, October 24, 2024, in Sharon Regional Medical Center. Mrs. DeBlase was born on October 16, 1942, in West Middlesex, PA, a daughter of the late John and Grace (McPherson) Sagenich. She attended Sharon High School. A dedicated homemaker, she was a member of the former Sacred Heart Church, Sharon. She was an avid bowler and bowled in league at Sunset Lanes, Farrell. Patricia also enjoyed yardwork and gardening. Her husband, Francis I. DeBlase, whom she married on October 24, 1973, passed away on May 31, 2000. She is survived by two daughters, Mischelle Kostik and her husband George, and Kimberly Greene, all of Sharon; a son, Anthony DeBlase and his wife Tawnya, Masury; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Sherry Nehlen and her husband David, Brookfield, OH, and Martha Williams, West Middlesex. In addition to her parents and husband, Patricia was preceded in death by a brother, John Sagenich; and five sisters, Judy Cheza, Virginia Mitchell, Barbara Carnino, Betty Allen, and Mary Ann Smith. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. A graveside service will be 10 a.m. Friday (11/01/2024) in the Chapel of St. Mary's Cemetery, 2400 St. Mary's Rd., Hermitage, PA, with Rev. James Power, officiating. Interment: St. Mary's Cemetery, Hermitage.
