William L Taylor Jr

William L. Taylor Jr., age 67, passed away on Monday September 29, 2025 at his home in Hubbard. William was born July 7, 1958, in Youngstown, Ohio a son ofWilliam & Ella Nicholson Taylor Sr. He was a 1977 graduate of Hubbard High School and a mechanic atTaylor Muffler and Brake for many years. William loved life especially spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a die-hard Cleveland Browns and The Ohio State University Buckeyes fan. He also enjoyed bowling, boating, golfing, camping, hunting and classic cars. He was a member of Hubbard VFW Post #3767, Youngstown VFW Post #3307 and the Army & Navy Garrison #360 in Youngstown. William will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his wife Toni (Crytser) Taylor whom he married May 27, 1994. His family; children Christina Ann (Rocky) Ross of Steubenville, Donald J. Wike of Port Richy, Florida, Jessica (Mike) Kent of Winsted, Connecticut, Charlene Herrmann of Hubbard. He also leaves his mother Ella Taylor of Hubbard, and 5 grandchildren Kaelob Herrmann, Madison Herrmann, Jayden Kent, Brianna Kent and Natalie Kent. He also leaves his siblings, David (Carol) Taylor of Hubbard,Brenda (Bruce) Dripps of Hubbard, Steve (Tiffany) Vesey of Poland, and Chris (Andrea) Vesey of Canfield. Beside his father, he was preceded in death by his brothers William John Taylor and Richard L. Taylor Sr. There will be services held at 6PM on Friday October 3, 2025, with calling hours prior to the service from 4-6PM at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home.
