Ralph was a special man. He served his community well by being Chief of Fairfield's Fire Department. I had the pleasure to be on the department under Ralph's direction, and was always glad to run into him after he left that position. May he rest in peace and may all of his family hold tight to all the memories they have of him to help carry them through.
