I felt fortunate to have called her - AND be called by her - friend. Her spirit dwells in ALL of us whom she touched.

I had not spoken to or seen Michelle for over 20 years. After I got the news about her passing, it took a while for it to sink in. Mich and I were lovers for eight years during my 16 years in Maine. We met in Portland and lived in several places in town and country, worked hard, played house, listened to alot of music, went to a lot of concerts and had a lot of wonderful friends. There were ups and downs, rights and lefts, etc, but we always remained the best of friends. We operated a seafood business in Naples, ME in 1982-83. I remember her brush with greatness when ME States Attorney George Mitchell came in to visit our store during his campaign for Senate and she gave him a lobster roll, a photo of which made the newspapers (If I can find it I will post it here). She was a most beautiful woman. I was the envy of many other men to have her. She had a heart filled with love, compassion for others and knew how to have a good time and get the most out of life. I loved her dearly and still do. I will miss her greatly with the fondest of memories.
My brush with greatness was having her in my life. I hope to see her in the next one.
My deepest sympathy goes out to her mom, Joanne a shining star and the rock in her life.

Although I haven't seen Mick in many many years I sometimes thought of her and hoped she was doing well.
She will be missed.
My condolences.

My condolences to Micky's Mom, family and friends. I knew Micky from high school. We hung out together with a close group of friends. I lost track of her soon thereafter though. I remember Micky like it was yesterday - she was a beautiful spirit, full of life and fun to be around. She will always be in my heart.

Joanne, Mickey was my cosmic sister; we shared the same creed; quoting Robert Frost best describes my fond memories of Mickey; "Two roads diverged in a wood, and I......I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference." Theresa

Michelle and I were friends for over 40 years. We had many wonderful times together but also shared the difficult ones. She was a great friend and a beautiful human being. We lived together several times, and also worked together in many places. The best part of our friendship was our similar sense of humor and the hundreds of deep, delicious bouts of belly-aching laughter we had the good fortune to experience. Michelle the lovely will live in my heart forever. Susan Tucker
