Elizabeth T. Booth, 77
     SOUTH PORTLAND - Elizabeth T. Booth, 77, of South Portland, died March 23, 2006 at The Cedars in Portland.
     She was born in Attleboro, Mass., on March 2, 1929, the daughter of Edward F. and Anna M. (Sullivan) Heussler. Elizabeth attended Attleboro High School, and helped raise her two younger sisters after her mother's passing.
     She worked as a telephone operator after high school until her marriage to Robert A. Booth. From that time forward Elizabeth devoted her life to raising a family of four children.
     She moved to Maine in 1965 due to a career change of her husband.
     Elizabeth was a devout Catholic and communicant of Holy Cross Church for many years.
     Surviving family members include a sister, Patricia Cavalieri of Attleboro, Mass.; three daughters, Pamela Lawrence of Westbrook, Sandra Perry and her husband Walter of Buxton, and Robin Goodwin and her husband Robert of South Portland; a son, Scott A. Booth and his wife Susan of Laguna Beach, Calif.; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; and several
    nieces and nephews. She is expecting her seventh great- grandchild in July.
     Visiting hours will be Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at Conroy-Tully Crawford South Portland Chapel, 1024 Broadway, South Portland. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home Monday at 10:15 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Cross Church at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at New Calvary Cemetery, South Portland.
