James Davis Obituary
Jim was born in Germany on Oct. 11, 1964, the son of Howard and Sandra Tompkins Davis and was a graduate of South Portland High School. During High School, he worked at "Uncle Andy's" Bakery in South Portland. For 10 years he worked for Sterling Insect Control and then for Breggy Oil Company as a furnace tech. For many years he was general maintenance manager H.H. Sawyer Realty and also had worked for Horizon Fence Co. Jim was an avid bow hunter and golfer.
He is survived by his mother, Sandra Duprey of Saco; two brothers, Howard Davis of South Portland and Raymond Davis of Gray; one son, James Davis, one daughter, Jessie Davis both of South Portland; and also one grandchild.
Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service on Thursday at 4 p.m. at the chapel of Independent Death Care, 660 Brighton Ave., Portland. Jimmy will be sadly missed by all of us....He was a wonderful friend to my mother in her final days on this earth and a great guy....We will always be grateful to him. Bob, Debbie, Laura and Michelle Fickett....

Dear Sandra, Howie, Raymond and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have the fondest memories of Jimmy, as a young boy, playing with his brothers. He was such a good natured young man, always laughing and teasing Howie and Raymond. With my deepest Sympathy to you all. - Gicela Davis and family.

I am sorry for Jim's kids. I knew Jim when he and Jeannie were involved in scouts- great people, always putting the kids first. My best to his family and to Jimmy and Jessie.
