Marie Antoinette Emma "Toni" Worcester, 82
BIDDEFORD - Marie Antoinette Emma "Toni" Worcester, 82, passed away March 13, 2018, with her beloved family by her side. She was born in Maine on October 4, 1935, the daughter of the late Hervey J. Laverriere and Irene (Piette) Laverriere. She graduated from Biddeford schools, and settled in to marriage and starting her family shortly thereafter.
Toni was in the business of serving others her entire life, sometimes working three jobs to keep her family together. She worked for Rite Aid for years, and retired from the Italian Heritage Club, where everybody loved her. She was the best mother and grandmother for her family and loved with a passion beyond compare.
She was happiest in the company of her loved ones and of course her many cats through the years. She enjoyed shopping, knitting, and her word search puzzles.
She was predeceased by her husband, William E. Worcester Jr.; her brother, Henry Laverriere; and her son, Donald E. Worcester. Toni is survived by her brothers, Adrien Laverriere and his wife, Claudette, of Florida; and Donald Laverriere and his wife, Bettina, of Berwick; her children: Gregory R. Worcester and his wife, Deborah Stone, of New Hampshire; her daughter, Kim Driggers, and her husband, Hoyte, of Florida; her daughter, Sandra L. Worcester, of Saco; her daughter, Brenda W. Puleo, and her husband, Stephen, of Saco; her daughter, Wanda L. Martin, and her husband, Rick, of Kennebunk; her nine grandchildren: Aaron DeCicco, William Worcester, Jessica Dobbins, Monica Knight, Danyel McDonough, Bruce Wetherington, Michael St. Cyr, John St. Cyr, and Justin Worcester; and several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren she loved with all her heart.
There will be a Celebration of Life for her family and close friends.
