Rita, Sons and family
In remembering Bob, please accept my thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time. Bob and I were associated many years ago through the Twin State Softball League. Bob was the epitome of what good sportsmanship and competition should be; from that he and I became very good friends. Please hold the many wonderful memories of Bob close to your heart.

Rita:
It's been a long time...My best memory of Bob was in 1982 when we were both playing softball for the Acton Milton Mills Baptist Church. It was the Maine state church division championship. Bob was pitching, I was playing first base, last out, final game, us clinging to a lead. It was a ground ball to the pitcher, but instead of tossing it to me, he yelled over to get off the base as he came running over to mske the last putout. He wanted to be sure that he was the one to make the out that would assure us the Championship.
Bob was a good friend and a great competitor. The world will be poorer without him, but heaven will be richer.
