1933 - 2016

Paul Cassel Moock Jr., M.D. of Waverly Heights, Gladwyne and formerly of Chestnut Hill, died peacefully on August 3rd, 2016 at the age of 83. He was the son of the late Paul Cassel Moock Sr. and Helen Eberly Moock. After his mother’s death a young age, his father remarried Margaret “Peg” Moock, who helped raise him. Dr. Moock was a graduate of Hahnemann Medical School and practiced at Chestnut Hill Hospital and the former Germantown Hospital. He had a great love of the water and was an avid boater and enjoyed deep sea fishing. He had an incredible knowledge and love of fine wine and enjoyed gourmet food. Dr. Moock was on the Wine and Food committees at Waverly during his ten years in residence. Some of his hobbies included Photography, Chess & Woodworking. His Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday August 10th at 11 AM in St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 415 East Athens Ave., Ardmore, PA 19003, where you may call after 10 AM.
