To the Slaybaugh and Moxley families, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry I didn't see this until tonight (July 19). I certainly wished I could have expressed my condolences in person. John was such a fun guy, and always had that great smile. Remembering the fun times we had in the 70's and 80's with the gang at The Fox. RIP, John.

John was a wonderful person. I got the chance to know him over the years I worked for Kroger Pharmacy on Lex. Ave. When I was obtaining my Masters Degree in Business, he always made himself available to answer all my accounting questions; even if was a day he planned on going golfing. My prayers go out to the Slaybaugh family. Hope you find peace in your memories of John.

Did not know this gentlemen personally, but he would stop in the Dollar General in Lextington to pick-up toys for his grandchildren, which he spoke of often..Just a truly nice man.
