I just came across this posting. I was a patient of Dr. Arnstein from ~1965 -73. He was a wonderful man, a brilliant doctor, neurosurgeon. He was so kind to me, and he did his best to resolve my medical issues. I've often thought of Dr. Arnstein over the years. His office manager was also very kind and engaging, I was so privileged to receive their care.
Warm Regards
