Robert McClain Obituary
Robert "Bob" Wayne McClain, 78, of Sedalia, died Saturday, Jan. 3, 2026, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
He retired from General Tire and formerly owned Bob and Ann's Market in Sedalia. He was a member of the Seven Oaks Church of Christ in Mayfield.
Bob is survived by his wife of 58 years, Ann Hendley McClain; one grandson, Payton McClain of Mayfield; one granddaughter, Hannah McClain Simpson of Paducah; one brother, Ronnie McClain of Mayfield; one sister, Vicki McClain Lamb of Mayfield; and one great-granddaughter, Maggie Kaye Simpson.
He was preceded in death by his son, Chris McClain; two brothers; and one sister. His parents were Forrest and Pauline Adams McClain.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2026, at the Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield. Mykel Tidwell will officiate. Interment will follow in the Lebanon Church of Christ Cemetery.
