Alexander Rodriguez Obituary

Alexander Antonio Rodriguez, 37, of Easton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 8, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. Born on October 4, 1985 in San Mateo, California, he was the loving son of Daniel and Norma (Torres) Rodriguez. Alex was married to his beloved wife Gina Gurgick Rodriguez. Alex was always an outgoing person with a witty personality, a kind heart and had a hysterical ability to quote movie lines from memory. He always made sure everyone he loved was up to date on the latest podcasts, funniest comedians, and mom's best recipes. Above all, Alex's passion was music; it was always on. If the concert wasn't in the living room, he was traveling to see the best of them with Gina, Emily (his sister and partner in crime) and his loyal life long friends. Alex was also a cherished Uncle whose presence and attention brought such joy to his nieces Camila and Willa. The memories they made together in such a short amount of time will last them a lifetime. The void of his absence in our universe is indescribable.

"Oh, I'm a lucky man

To count on both hands

The ones I love

Some folks just have one

Yeah, others they got none

Stay with me,

Let's just breathe"

SURVIVORS: Alex is survived by his loving wife Gina Gurgick Rodriguez; parents Daniel and Norma Rodriguez; siblings Emily Rodriguez Bauer and Joshua Rodriguez; as well as many extended family members and friends. He will be forever remembered by those whose lives he touched throughout his life.

SERVICES: A Celebration of Alex's Life will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 5 P.M. to 9 P.M. at the 1741 Terrace at Historic Hotel Bethlehem, 437 Main Street, Bethlehem, PA 18018. I met Alex in 5th grade through a mutual friend, we became close in middle school through our love of Bon Jovi , music and roller blading . We grew apart in high school when he met different friends .He was always very nice , funny with a great personality. We used to talk on the phone all the time in middle school and I still have his home phone memorized. My condolences to his family and wife ,may they cherish their memories and good times with Alex. His family raised a good man. Lhs class of 2003

Dearest Gina, Norma, Dan, Joshie, Emily, and Evan,

Our precious Alex was a source of light and love...it was such a pleasure watching him grow up, being uplifted by his beautiful smile that would light up an entire room, listening to his funny jokes, and getting his fabulous bear hugs. His caring and devotion to his loved ones were limitless...and he will be missed by all of us who loved him.
I pray that the beautiful memories you shared with Alex, as a loving husband, son, brother, and uncle, comfort your heart and bring you peace and joy.
With all our love and deepest sympathy,
Camille and family
