I needed time to grieve and to process my feelings before writing on this memorial. Missing and loving you everyday. Looking at pictures of us when we were young, it makes me smile thinking about all the good times we shared. You were an incredible mother and grandmother to Zoe and Gavin. I wish that we had more time to create more happy memories together. I love you and you will always be in my heart.

Sue I know this is one of your favorite photos on you and Gavin. This was taken March 23 2019, on your birthday. One of Gavins favorite birthday card is the one that you gave him for his 10th birthday this year and he keeps it in his bedroom as he love the cats, as you know! You were also so supportive of helping Gavin. Gavin misses you and is sad that you are not here anymore. I know you will still be around watching and looking out for Gavin and us.

Sue I really got to know you well during the almost 5 years that you lived in Cali. You are very generous and helpful to everyone you know. You always knew the best cards to give someone. All the time you took to make all the cookies and candies was incredible and we and everyone that you knew will miss receiving them over the different holidays. Our vacations together were awesome, you would let me plan them and you would enjoy and go with the schedule. We both love Starry Night and have the same lanyard. Even though you are not a cat fan you embraced the house of our cats and Gavin and Jon loving cats. (You and I are the dog lovers). You were a great Grandmom to Gavin and he misses bunches. I will miss you and I still can’t believe that you are gone. I wished we had more time together. Until we meet again....

Gone by not forgotten. We are so glad you moved to California with Jon, Mel & Gavin. You have had a wonderful five years sitting out front with your books, going into the beach, out to dinner with the kids. I will miss our little catch-ups.
R.I.P. my friend and God Speed. Till we meet again. Morag (&Matthew)

Dear Grandma,
I will always have you in my heart. You were a wonderful grandmother and role model for me during my childhood. I will remember the enthusiasm you had for every little moment in life, especially the weekends we spent preparing for holidays by hanging decorations and frosting cookies. From your experience as an art teacher you inspired my creativity and self expression. You were unrelentlessly generous in the gifts you gave to me ,knowing that they brought a smile of joy to my face. Although I haven't been able to see you in person the past few years, I cherish every memory we've had together. You were truly a pure soul; rest in peace.
Love,
Your Granddaughter, Zoe

Mom,
We love and miss you very much. You have always been there for me, in good times and bad. I'm so happy you decided to move to CA and the time you spent with myself, Melanie and Gavin over the last few years was amazing. We will continue your tradition and love of travel, although it will be very sad to do without you. You are such a giving and considerate person, mother, grandmother, and friend to many people. I am very proud to be your son. May you rest in peace and until we meet again.
Love Always and Forever,
Jon, Melanie, and Gavin
