I am so, so sorry for the entire family. Although I was not able see him often, I will really miss his smile and kindness. A special man, indeed.

I had the pleasure of working with Carl at Blue Mountain Control Center for many years. Carl worked the 12-8 shift and I worked the 11-7 shift. He was a great person to work with. His calm demeanor helped reduce the stress for both of us as we took care of various emergency calls. I will always remember his keen sense of humor and how that also helped us deal with the stress of our job. I would like to offer my sincere condolences to Carl’s family.
