David Stocker Obituary
David Edward Stocker Jr. passed away November 20, 2009. Born May 17, 1955 in Cherry Point, N.C., he was a son David E. Stocker Sr. of Floral City, Fla. and the late Jane A. Stocker. Survivors: Wife, Dee DeSaulniers; father; sons, Derek Stocker and Darien Stocker of Spring Hill, Fla.; siblings, Linda Stocker Collins of Venice, Fla., Kimberly Stocker Ceballos of Sarasota, Fla., Lisa Stocker Kristofik of Spring Hill, Fla., Erik Paul Stocker of Brooksville, Fla. Services: memorial, will be held Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 1 p.m. in the home of Erik Stocker, 23103 Jacobson Road, Brooksville for friends and family. Heinz Funeral Home & Cremation, Inverness, Fla. Contributions: May be made to Hernando-Pasco Hospice, 12260 Cortez Blvd., Brooksville, FL 34613.

Dear Kim, Lisa, Erik, Linda, Dave and David's Wife and Children: My condolences are so with you, I just heard about David passing away. I recently saw him a few years ago at Weeki Wachee Springs and he seemed so happy about his life and his family, and we talked and laughed about all the fun everyone had in "The Old Days"! I can't believe it has been so long since we left Springstead H.S., to go out in the world and be the adults that our parents expected us to be. And, boy old boy, didn't we think we knew everything. So many things are different now, sometimes I wish we were back in those days and could start all over knowing what we do now. To my family I am so sorry to hear of Davey's passing. It is hard to think of one my cousins gone. Life is too short. I am so sorry for your loss of a son,brother,partner and dad. Although he is no longer suffering it was too soon. My thoughts and prayers are with you and know that if there is anything I can do I am only a phone call away. I love you all dearly. God Bless
