David M. Woola Weslosky, 56, of 2605 Levans Rd., Coplay, died Sunday, May 22, 2005, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the husband of Rose M. (Gergar) Weslosky. The couple celebrated their 29th wedding anniversary last October 18. Born in North Whitehall Township on July 15, 1948, he was the son of the late John and Freida (Muhr) Weslosky. He worked for Lehigh Career and Technical Institute, Schnecksville, in the maintenance department for the past 13 years. He had also worked for the former Strohs Brewery, Fogelsville, and with contractors Richard G. Kuntz and Bruce C. Laub as a construction worker. He served his country faithfully during the Vietnam War in the Marine Corps. He was a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, Whitehall, Egypt V.F.W. Post 7293, Whitehall, Grouse Hall, Ironton, Ranger Lake, Ormrod, and Shoemaker-Haydt American Legion Post 314, Lehighton. Survivors: Loving wife; sons, William A. and his wife Amy L. Weslosky of Catasauqua, Gregory M. Weslosky and his fiance Lauren J. Ding of Whitehall; daughter, Jodi L., wife of Michael S. Bilous of Ormrod; brothers, Dale R. Babiak of Ormrod, John D. Weslosky of North Whitehall Township; sisters, Janice C., wife of Robert C. Remaley of Allentown, Diane M. Weslosky of Ormrod; grandchildren, Morgan B. and Caitlyn J. Weslosky, Skyler J. and Austin M. Bilous. Services: 10 a.m. Friday, May 27, 2005, Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3355 MacArthur Rd., Whitehall. Family and friends may call 7-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville, and 9-10 a.m. Friday in the church. Interment with military honors in Egypt Cemetery following the services. Online memorial tributes @ heintzelmanfh.com. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, to the church and/or Egypt V.F.W. Post 7293, Whitehall, c/o the funeral home, P.O. Box 196, Schnecksville 18078-0196.

Rosie & Family - I want to express my sincerest condolences to you and your family. I know it's been years since I've seen Dave but I do remember him as a kind, funny and gentle man.
