Dear Kurt,
I just went to Nisky Hill and saw the new stone. I don't think I was notified by the cousins group of Deborah's passing but my memory is not great.
I was visiting my parents and went to the cemetery to clean up Jeff's stone. I usually check Uncle Bob and Aunt Dolly's stones at the same time, but I saw they were in good shape.
I am so sorry. I remember meeting your wife at one of the reunions. She was a very warm person. I'm sure this is a very difficult time for you. You are in my thoughts.

Dear Kurt,
So sorry to hear this sad news. I worked with Deborah at Wiley House and shared many fun times with her. She was a joyful force of nature & had a heart of gold. She was so good with the children, probably due to her own childhood. I know you were the love of her life. May God bless you at this difficult time.

I know I speak for the many of us that had the pleasure of working with Deb, she was one of the most genuine persons to work with. She stood her ground and fought for what she believed in. She made us all better workers and human beings, she had high expectations for all of us regardless of what your position was and she held you to it!!! She was always the person you wanted in your corner!! But all that being said she had the biggest heart and would do ANYTHING to help you!!! May you rest in peace Deb and know that you have left a legacy behind and many of us are better people because of you!! Thoughts and prayers to her friends and family. She was loved by many.
