Eli Cohen, April 28, 1929 to Marc 16, 2012. We sadly mourn the sudden passing of Eli Cohen, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. He was a wonderful man with the exuberance of youth and a brilliant inquiring mind. He was extraordinarily kind, compassionate, affectionate, happy and full of humor. He was fair in all things and lived a life of integrity that is an inspiration to all who knew him. Eli lived every day to its fullest, truly seizing the day He spread love, joy and enthusiasm to all. He will be missed every moment of every day. Eli was the President of Eli Cohen Real Estate in Paramus, NJ. He was a prolific inventor, with many patents. He was the inventor and founder of Elico Shoes. His extraordinarily creative mind held no boundaries. Eli was a shining star and his life will be celebrated for generations to come. Survivors: He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Norma; daughters, Jeri Onitskansky of London, England, Madeleine Langman of Allentown, PA and Hilary Unger of New York, NY; sons-in-law, Peter Langman and Roy Stevens; grandchildren, Nico and Mischa Stevens and Joshua and Anna Langman and Erez Yosopovici; his brother, Jack Cohen; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his beloved sisters, Jeri Rossum and Fran Poley; and his parents, Morris and Betty Cohen, of blessed memory.
