Pete, Sandy and the boys,

It's never easy to say good bye to the ones we really love. Our prayers are with you all. I'm sure Mr. Arner has already arranged for a season ticket in the real sky box over Happy Valley.

Frank was a good-hearted, hard working friend and neighbor and will be sadly missed. We always looked for his easily identifiable car to be parked up on the hill. We would say to ourselves "Oh, Frank is up".

It was clear to us that his family meant a great deal to him as he spoke of them often in our conversations. I feel he is in heaven now enjoying the company of his "Mom".

God Bless you Frank. Ray and Teresa Kistler
