Jane Herman Welsh, 84, of Greenville, wife of the late Charles B. Welsh, Jr. died Sunday, May 28, 2017. Born in Allentown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Mae Diehl Herman, and long-time resident of Greensboro, NC. Jane was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church of Greensboro, NC.
