She was my friend. I tranported Calvin to her. I cried with her when he ran away. She was concerned about animal rights and sought to end abuse. When Layla passed she was sad. Get and I tried to find Rocko a home. She loved him. We cried together on the last minute when he was adopted. I have a cd she made and gave to me. I have my photos when we met. She was truly amazing. Even though we live in differnt states i could see her soul was beautiful. I will miss her. I woyld have come. She wanted to save the world.

I send the Simonds/Moore Family my most heartfelt Condolences, losing Joanne! I never had the opportunity to know her, but I was classmate of Elizabeth(Jibs). My wife and I deeply share her passion for and have rescues over several decades. All who share Joanne's Love, are deeply connected. We pray for her safe passage and strength/healing to ALL that loved her!
