John Mudrick

Mudrick, John John Mudrick, 98 of Orlando, FL passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2014. He was born in Shamokin to the late Stephen and Susan (Simmons) Mudrick. He and his wife Freda Heider Mudrick owned and operated Heider's Market at New and Allen streets in Allentown for many years, retiring in 1973. He was a member of Cathedral Church of St. Catharine of Siena. They relocated to live with their son's family in Orlando, FL in 2005. Survivors: Daughter: Barbara, wife of Constantine Filipos of Peaks Island, ME; son: John S. Mudrick husband of Mary Ann of Orlando with whom he resided for the last 9 years; 5 grand children, 11 great-grand children and 2 great-great-grand children. All will miss their "Hoofty" greatly! He was preceded in death by his wife of 76 years, Freda (Heider) Mudrick in 2011; brothers: Stephen and Michael of Allentown and Joseph of Fullerton.
