OK...well there is alot to say about my great grandfather but as you read all the entries im sure you will know that by now! I know that my pappy john was a fun crazy guy! :o) I remember him always yelling hey sophie, giving me money and telling me to spend it on icecream! Sophie was my nick name! :o) He was a jokester.up until his last days! I think three days before he passed he told me that i STINK good! haha! He had a huge heart and passed that on to not only his family members but his friends as well. He will be greatly missed but NEVER forgotten. We will all see him some time soon in the great place hes in but until then hes watching over us everyday!

i will always remember the times growing up and being with my grandfather.Staying at his house and going fishing and just being with him and my grandmother. I will always remember when we were driving somewhere and he would blow his horn and say there's a cow in the road. Pap you will always be in my heart and in my thoughts until we see each other again.
Love always your granddaughter

I know I will deeply miss my Uncle John. He was a man who was always there for me and his wisdom and compassion will always be remembered. I shall never forget the fun times we had together or what he taught me about being a man. I will strive for the rest of my life to be like him.
Love always Dave.
