Kevin Peck Obituary
Kevin James Peck, 31, of Quakertown PA, passed away unexpectedly and was welcomed into the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus, on Tuesday, December 13, 2011. He was the loving husband of Lesia (Tkachenko) Peck. Born in Barberton, OH, he was the son of Judith Rollison of Clinton, OH and Gerald Peck of Barberton, OH. He earned a BS in Computer Science from Akron University, and worked for Susquehanna International Group in Bala Cynwyd, PA. He was a state champion cross-country runner in Ohio, and a licensed ham radio operator. He enjoyed bowling at the Rose Bowl and spending time with his family. Survivors: Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Lesia, two year old son Zachary and soon-to-be-born daughter; he is also survived by his father, Gerald Peck; mother, Judith Rollison and husband Leroy; sister, Lynn Monaco and husband Tom; step-brothers, James Rollison, John Rollison and wife Tamara; step-sister, Jana Kirk; father and mother-in law, Vladimir and Vera Tkachenko; sister-in-law, Kristina Small and husband David; brother-in-law, Igor Tkachenko and wife Lisa, brother-in law Daniel Tkachenko; grandparents, Robert and Betty Wilson of Clinton, OH; and many uncles, aunts, cousins and nephews. Services: Funeral Service at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 17, at Calvary Baptist Church, 5300 Green Pond Road, Easton, 18045. Do not ever try to understand.
Somethings will just never make sense to us.
Do not ever be reluctant to show your feelings ... when you are sad - be sad ... when you are happy give in to it.
Do not ever be afraid to try to make things better.
Do not ever take the weight of the world on your shoulders.
Do not ever feel threatened by the future ... take one day at a time.
Do not ever feel guilty about the past or about Kevin ... What GOD has planned we can not understand ... all we can say is I do not understand and what HE has done is done.
Do not ever feel that you are alone.
There will always be someone there to comfort you and to help ... all you have to do is reach out.
Do not ever stop loving!
Remember ... you were and are still loved.
Sadely to say - I will miss Kevin and I am sure he was in Jesus's comforting arms when he left us all. Until we meet again in heaven.

If tears could build a stairway and memories were a lane, I would walk right up to heaven and bring you back again.
No farewell words were spoken. No time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why.
Our hearts still ache in sadness, and secret tears still flow. What it meant to lose you, no one will ever know.

Lesia, Judy and Jim - I am so so sorry. I used to babysit Kevin when he was a very little guy. He was so cute and so smart...reading when he was only 3.
I can't believe his life was so short and ended so suddenly.

I remember the first time meeting Kevin. I was visiting Lesia in her apartment in Silver Spring, MD when she told me about a boy who lived above her who she thought might have a crush on her. Clearly, the feeling was mutual. Later a nice, albeit bespeckled and shy computer programmer in a wrinkled plaid shirt came down to say hi. Fast forward a few years. Lesia and Kevin are now engaged. My then-girlfriend/now-wife and I visit them in Lesia's new house. Kevin arrives with his hair spiked and gelled and in dark wash jeans and a tight black T-shirt showing off his triceps. I shook my head, smiled, and looked at Lesia. She said, "What? I cleaned him up a bit!" But that was Kevin...he would do anything for anyone. Especially his wife. He was a good man and a fantastic husband. Our thoughts and prayers are with Lesia and the Peck family.

There are no words that can possibly convey how sorry I am for your loss. I worked with Kevin at SoftMed / 3M. Kevin was very talented, and enjoyed his work and life. It was a pleasure to work and visit with him. He shared his feelings and kind words about his family and you, Lesia. Kevin touched many lives and he will be greatly missed. Please take good care of yourself, Lesia. Your son and daughter are very blessed to have you and your family and they in return, are a great blessing to you all.

I am so sorry for your loss. Though I had known Kevin throughout high school, I got to be friends with him in college when he went to OSU. I hadn't talked to him in several years, but I was still very shocked and saddened to hear that he was gone. He was a great guy, and so funny. I send my sincere sympathies to his young family.

Kevin and I were in many classes together starting in 3rd grade and throughout high school, and luckily were able to get together a few times when both living in the Baltimore area. I'll never forget his laugh, hilarious sense of humor, and intelligence. He was an awesome guy that we were all lucky to have known.
