Oh Miss Margaret how I will miss our talks and little adventures. I will always remember you for your quick wit and amazing memory for details about people. I admired your modern thinking and the way that you never judged others. Gabriel had an extra set of grandparents in you and Mr. John. Now he has an Angel to watch over him. Please help keep him in line for me!
Mr. John, Carolyn and Elizabeth you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I know that Miss Margaret is now at peace. She spoke often and very matter of factly about being readyshe'd say I'm old I'm ready whenever it is time to go.
She was such a trooper. I'll never forget last winter when we had plans to go to lunch and it snowed. But that didn't stop Miss Margaret! Off we went to Nazareth Diner in the snowshe wore those open toed cardiac care boots and had fuzzy warm socks on. That didn't matter, we tromped through the snow and had a great lunch. Boy I will miss her. Rest easy Miss Margaret. I'll always remember you.

Rest in peace Aunty Margaret. You were truly a wonderful person. Your conversations were always to ask about our family and my children. It was always lovely to talk to you. I remember our conversations about Downton Abbey. You were a super fan. Although you were 1000s of miles away you always seemed closer. You will be missed terribly by us all. God bless you Jo Pete Jack and Isobel

I am so sad to hear this news today. An incredibly friendly lady who I first met as regulars at My Place Pizza restaurant while I was a waitress. We talked and talked and talked (while John ate) and quickly realized we were fellow parishioners at Sacred Heart. She never failed to ask about my children, by name, wanting to know how they were and what they were doing and how was I and how was I doing... I couldn't even answer all her questions so I started to laugh and said, "Margaret, give me a chance to answer". We laughed some more and kept talking. May God bless you, Margaret Bird, as he blessed me with your friendship and just knowing you. I'm crying now but we'll laugh again together in Heaven where you surely are.

She will be missed for sure. She was a very sweet lady and always ready for a good conversation. I loved her accent, and her and I used to laugh when I would try it. You Rest In Peace sweet lady until we meet again.
