Sandy, Scott and Barry, I am saddened by the loss of your father and my friend. He was a great and patient man, never had an unkind word for anyone. I shared many road miles, many songs and many Saturday nights with him standing next to me, through the years. He is now resting and back with your mom who he loved and missed. He will be missed by all of those, whose life he touched. "Take care Reds...."

So sad to hear of the loss of your dad. I would often see him driving by your old house, like he was keeping watch over it for you. He was a sweet and gentle soul. He was a fine example of how to live in this world. Harry and Janice Randall

Dear Bertsch Family,
If you have ever heard of the saying, Angel on Earth, that was Ray. I have known your loved one for roughly 20 years from frequenting the bank I worked for. Ray always had a smile and a very kind word for everyone he passed. Everytime he was out and about doing his errands he was dressed like he was going to church. I am smiling just picturing him walking into the bank, smiling and complimenting every one he walked by before he got to the teller line. Then his kind voice and conversation erupted. He was one to say, you look so beautiful today, as you always do, what a pick me up for all the employees. He sure brightened our day. The world could of taken lesson on kindness from him. Very sad to read he has passed. He will always be remembered, how could anyone forget his smile and sweet voice. God Bless Mr. Bertsch.
