Dr. Dick will always be in our memory. We know him for 5 years and it is to short to say goodbye.
We regret that we do not have him in our middle anymore. But he will never be out of our live.

I want to thank everyone who has written here and all those who are thinking about us and remembering all there was about Dick. I did not know about this way of communicating (the online guestbook) and I really appreciate this idea. Feel free to tell others. Dick would like it too. I know there are a lot of people out there who knew Dick and its hard for us to figure out who they all are. He connected with lots of people in lots of different ways.
We all miss him so much - from the sounds of his cheery banter to the thump of his feet down the steps of our home. Again, thank you for your thoughts. Maggee

As a nurse I had the great pleasure to have met Dr.Hellman. He always displayed a happy spirit. We made each other laough. He would visit on Fridays on a mothly basis, and I would wear black scrubs on Fridays. He would call me "The angle of death" In a good way. WE laoughed. My thoughts and prayers to friends and family.

I sat next to Dick in Latin class in 1962. He was a cheerfull, great, fun loving guy. Always with a smile on his face, and an upbeat, positive attitude. I will miss him very much.
