Robert "Bobby" Cabrera

Robert "Bobby" Cabrera, 78, of Lower Saucon Township, passed away peacefully with his wife, children, and granddaughters by his side on September 13th, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Linda (deLeon) Cabrera. The two were married for 56 years. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Augustine and Juanita (Alonzo) Cabrera. Bobby graduated from Liberty High School and worked for Georgia Pacific (acquired by BlueLinx Corporation) in Allentown for over 40 years rising to warehouse foreman. He was a member of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Catholic Church in Hellertown and the Lower Saucon Sportsman's Association.

Along with his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Carisa, wife of Daniel Caracio of Bethlehem, and Monica Cabrera of Hellertown; his granddaughters: Abby Caracio-Feindt and her husband, Cole of Baltimore, MD, Alexis Reightler of Allentown, and Madison Reightler of Bethlehem; and his siblings: Rachel, wife of Ralph Arrue of Florida, and Richard Cabrera of Bethlehem. He was predeceased by his brother Michael.

Bobby set the standard for living life to its fullest. He was an optimist and saw greatness in everyone he met. He valued his time shared with family and friends; his pride and joy were his wife, daughters, and granddaughters. Bobby looked forward to creating and managing his annual Super Bowl pool which included eager-to-join family members from all over the country. Bobby appreciated the simple things in life; soccer, food, mariachi music, dancing polkas with his wife, playing the lottery, and the outdoors. His zest for life was recognized by all who knew and loved him. He will be greatly missed.

All are invited to a viewing from 5 to 7 pm on Sunday and 8:30 to 9:30 am on Monday at the Falk Funeral Home, 1418 Main St, Hellertown, PA 18055. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am on Monday at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Hellertown. He will be laid to rest in Holy Saviour Cemetery in Bethlehem.
