what i learned from both my parents is immeasurable. Dad's silent tenacity. Mom's stong yet giving sensibility. Both so genuine, filled with a sense of humor so required these days. Both so real. No revisionist history here-I knew what i had before: the best. Thank you to everyone for your support and well wishes. and, to my parents,
mom, we'll get back to lubeck, and talinn. and, to dad. long live "the bridge". xosarah

dear sarah, martha and amy,
i was so saddened to learn of the passing of your father and your mother. i lived out of state for the past year and i got the news all at once. your family has been a big part of my life, especially growing up. They were very generous people who were always there to help in any way they could. They raised three great daughters who, I'm sure will carry on their legacy of kindness and humanity. I am so sorry for both of your losses and all of you are in my thoughts. take care of each other. love, michele matla

Thanks to all whom have sent cards or written their well wishes here in this guestbook. He was great man and an awesome father whom will dearly be missed along with our mother who just recently passed as well. They were the best parents a girl could have and will always be close to us in our hearts. Thanks again to many for the thoughts, prayers, and kind words during this difficult time...my family, sisters and I appreciate it.
