Survivors: Husband; sons, Christopher Lee and his wife Anne Roth of Bethlehem, Michael Scott Roth of Raleigh, NC, Timothy P. and his wife Jennifer Roth of Center Valley, Douglas E. Roth of Allentown; grandchildren, Matthew, Michelle and her husband Nicholas, Emily, Paul, Thomas and Nicholas; great grandson, Leighton.
Services: A celebration of Sally's life will be held at 1:30 P.M. Thursday, February 24th in the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc. 274 North Krocks Road, Allentown. Call noon – 1:30 P.M. Thursday in the funeral home. www.stephensfuneral.com.

Miss Sally and Miss Helen were not just the educational and spiritual rock of TYKE for decades but you both generously shared a piece of goodness which is carried in all who attended. Dear Ed and Family, Grayson and I send our sincere condolences to you on Sally's passing. She was a wonderful person, always smiling and always with a kind word whenever we met whether at church or in the community. She and I grew up only a blocks apart, so I have many memories of her at the H-M playground with all her friends there. Her love of teaching and inspiring children were evident, a love which spilled over into her entire life. Your family was abundantly blessed. We will miss her.

Our world is a sadder place today without Sally in it. Just know that although I was not at the service today, ALL of you have been in my thoughts and my prayers.
My prayer is that Sally has reunited with former loved ones and friends in Heaven. May we honor her by living as lovingly, kindly, generously, and caring as she did while with us. How blessed we were to know and to love her. I send you my love and sympathy now and always.

Miss Sally Roth greeted each & every student coming in the door with her bright smile &
"Good morning. I love you"
Our daughter had such a loving start to her education because of the atmosphere created at TYKE.
As a parent I would beg them to expand to elementary grades!
She & Miss Sally had the opportunity to meet a few years ago.
We all had tears in our eyes.
It was a beautiful reunion between teacher & student.
You have new little ones to love, hug & teach in Heaven.

Miss Sally was one of the sweetest, funniest people I was lucky enough to have part of my life. I remember at Tyke Nursery School as a kid, she and my Grammy would help me hide my toy trucks I would have, so I could play peacefully by myself with my entire town setup in the corner of the room. Miss sally was there for every life moment I ever had, from my early childhood years to my high school and college graduation, even going out of her way when she couldn´t attend my wedding but still sending a thoughtful, hand written card. To this day I kept that card in my cherished memory box.

My two sons were lucky to have Miss Sally as their very first teacher in all their years of schooling. Tyke was a special place because of Miss Sally, a caring, compassionate, gentle woman who guided her charges with love. She will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
