I was sad when I read that Mr. Huber had passed and even moreso after reading that Mrs. Huber has now joined him. My family and my grandparents lived on Main St., in Trumbauersville in the 1950's. How well I remember and enjoyed having Mrs. Huber as my teacher at Trumbauersville Elementary School. And we all loved it when she would reward our class for doing well by taking all of us to their store for sundaes and floats at the soda fountain. My friends and I were always going to their store, even after my family moved and I would stay with my grandparents on weekends and during the summer. I will always remember our home and all those good times from my childhood, which Mrs. Huber helped create.

I am very sad to hear of Sara's passing. Some of my fondest childhood memories from our family trips to visit my grandparents include time spent visiting Sara and Leroy at their variety store. I remember the excitement when we were given a quarter to go across the street from my grandparents'(Pearl and Percy Huber) home to get a bag of penny candy. In my adult years, I enjoyed having the opportunity to spend time with Sara and Leroy at the family reunions held in Trumbauersville. Sara was a very kind and thoughtful person and will truly be missed. My thoughts and are with you all at this difficult time.

I am extremely saddened to hear of the passing of Sara Huber. She cetainly will be missed. I have very fond memories of her and Leroy both, from the variety store visits of my childhood, to the family reunions of more recent years. My thoughts and prayers go out to all. I wish you peace.

We were all very sad to hear of Sara Huber's passing. It was always a delight to see her at the Family Reunions when we were able to come back to Trumbauesville.I will always have great memories of being able to go over to Leroy and Sara's Huber's store in town to buy candy when we were little, just across the street from my grandparents house Pearl and Percy Huber. Our Thoughts and Prayer are with you all.

Where does a cousin start? Spent many hours eating sweet cherries at the Hap Huber residence on East Broad St, Trumbauersville; eating raw hot dogs in the butcher shop out back; chatting with Sara while her Mom ironed; later "tending the store" on W. Broad St., making sundaes, "Moravian rootbeer shakes" which I developed with Roy's okay, and so many more times planning and carrying out family reunions at Christ UCC. We miss Leroy, we're going to miss Sara just as much. Sharon and Gene and families, we share your loss.

I've known alot of women as co-workers, but I don't know many LADIES. My Aunt Sara was a LADY. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with Sharon, Gene and their families.
