I was truly sorry to hear of Dr. Stein's passing. He was my children's pediatrician for many years before we moved out of state. I often remembered how kind he was. We would go to the Allentown office. When my son Kevin was born, he walked in my hospital room and told me how beautiful my baby was. That was 37 years ago. I never forgot that. He was just a wonderful person. My thoughts and prayers to his family.

Dr Stan (along with Dr Richie) was my pediatrician. And neighbor. An amazing guy. Fortunately, I just saw him at Temple Beth El last fall. I made it a point to give him a few hugs and remind him of how much I appreciated all he did for me and other patients. He was and is a shining star. Thank you Dr Stan! RIP!

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Stanley Stein. For twenty two years he and his brother, Dr. Richard Stein, cared for our three children from infancy through their late teen years. We will always cherish the memories of his kindness, concern and the superior medical care he gave to our kids. He was always available either by phone or for a quick sick visit whether it was regular hours or evenings or holidays. His phone calls to check up on our children when they were sick were such a gift! We hope that his family knows how much we appreciate the sacrifices they made. We wish you peace and solace at this sad time.

To the Stein Family,
We send our condolences to all of you for we have lost one of the greats.
My brother and I were lucky enough to have Dr. Stein has our pediatrician and I was very lucky to have my daughter seen by them also. Two generations seen by Dr. Stein.
He was always available, morning, noon or night to calm a new mother. He would call the next day and if so the day after that. You do not have that anymore with doctors. He could be serious one minute, cracking a joke the next.
The office never changed from the fish tank to the children's chairs. It was like going back in time when my daughter went there. Photos of family on the wall for all to see. Such a beautiful family.
We will miss him and Rest in Peace Dr. Stanley Stein.

Lucky enough to have the Steins as my pediatricians growing up and even luckier to have them as pediatricians to my own children. Answered every single question I had, and always followed up with a call after my kids were sick to see how they were doing. Made time for us even on his days off. Rest in peace, Dr. Stein.

Sad news. Took mi son to the Stein brothers because I was told thea were the best pediatricians in the area back in 1985. I trusted them. The first time mi son took his son to Dr. Stein, I got a phone call. "Ma, I'm sitting here in the doctor's office on New Street. This is a time warp. Everie thing is the same as it was when I was a kid. Even the fish tank is still here, though I'm sure there are different fish in it." We laughed and so did the doctor. No frills, just excellent care from the best pediatricians in the area. Thank U so much. Joan and Lee Decker.

Thank you so much Dr. Stein for the extraordinary care you gave me, my sister, two of my cousins and my own son. You and your brother, Dr. Stein took my sister and I on as your patients about 50 years ago when we lost another wonderful Pediatrician, Dr. Heideman. You showed such care, respect and compassion towards all the children that entered into your offices. We will never forget you. Every time I go pass New St, I always wondered if you were still practicing. So glad you still did until your last days. You really exemplified what a good and ethical Doctor should be. Be at peace and rest now. Say hello to my Daddy as well. He so respected you and talked highly of you and your Brother as well. You were the best. Thank you for caring for us all those years ago. My most deepest and heartfelt condolences to the family and Dr. Richard Stein.

I was sad to see Dr Stanley Stein passed today. I brought my three children to the Stein Brothers religiously. Both docs made themselves available after hours, on weekends & even on holidays! There were many times I would meet Dr Stanley on weekends and/or holidays when one of my children were sick! It was always during Musikfest or Christmas!! Doc would meet me at the office to avoid additional sick days until diagnosed. I always had/have complete confidence in both Stanley & Richard Stein. May their children follow in their fathers footsteps and carry on this wonderful legacy of caring for our children!! ❤ May Stanley Stein Rest In Peace as he deserves. !! ❤

Dearest Stein Family,
My heart skipped a beat when I saw this! All I can say is finding a good doctor is rare, finding a great doctor is a true gift. The esteemed Stein brothers took care of my 3 daughters from birth until we were forced to move on. We tried beyond teen years to remain, because we knew we would never be able to match their intellect, their dedication, caring and old fashion common sense.
I will never forget Dr. Stein saying, he practiced medicine by going with the Mothers strong intuition. He not only practiced good medicine, he practiced good listening and observation. He was not mushy, he wouldn't go goo goo over your baby, however after the exam, he would give you that look and smile, stamp of approval, healthy, beautiful baby! That meant the world.
Words cannot express my personal gratitude and I have many stories. In closing I will say, thank you for sharing your Husband, Dad, Grandfather with all of us and the entire community and beyond! The most unselfish family, always beaming with pride when approached.
May you find comfort, forever be proud and know one person can make a difference!
Blessings to all of you as the entire community grieves with you.

Our deepest regrets.Dr. Stein was an incredible Dr. He was there to help us when our son David (a 15 yr. old teen) had nerve damage in his leg and it became atrophied and in constant pain. Even though Dr. Stein was not his patient at this time, I called and asked him for advice & help. He immediately called the St. Christophers hospital and got us an appointment. Thanks to Dr. Stein's help, David did not lose his leg and had a full recovery. We are forever grateful for what he did. Both children were patients of his for years. Thank you Dr. Stein.

Dr Stein was a wonderful paediatrician to my children, who are now 41,42,&45, and three of my seven grandchildren, who are 25,19 and 12. My 12 y/o grandson is quite upset. He advised Im never going to the Drs again. Dr Stein was one of the very few old school Drs remaining. The type of Drs that return your call or even answer the phone to speak directly with their patients. The type of Drs who call you to check on their patients or provide services on a Sunday. Additionally, he was thorough and operated in a kind and compassionate manner. You never felt rushed or not heard. A kind human being, as well. It was also known how much he loved his family... I loved looking at the family pictures hanging on the office walls.
My sincere condolences to his loving family. God Speed. Dr Stanley Stein will truly be missed.

This day the world lost an incredible human being. I personally had Dr Stein as well my daughter. Dr Stein truly cared, at 7AM heading to the hospital or 2 AM with a concerned parent, when you called, he answered the call. Anyone who had the privilege of being his patient understands the lost. I am truly heartbroken and sad to hear of Dr Stanley's passing. I worked with Dr Stanley and Dr Richard for 10 years.
