Terry Hoffman Obituary
He was born October 21, 1968 in Joplin, MO to Bill and Mary (Jacobs) Hoffman. He attended elementary schools in Joplin and Oswego, graduating in 1988 from Labette County High School.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Oswego.
Survivors include his parents of Oswego; sister, Diane (Philip) Cunningham and children Kale and Riley, of Pittsburg, KS: sister, Christina (Brian) Smith, and children Bryce, Miranda, Cy, Brayden,
and Mercy of Independence, KS; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Jacobs, Oswego; aunt Mary Hoffman, Liberty, MO, and uncle Bill (Sharon) Jacobs, Oswego.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Bill and Della Hoffman, maternal grandfather John Jacobs, and niece Hope Smith.
The family suggests memorials in lieu of flowers to the First Baptist Church, Oswego.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at First Baptist Church, Oswego. Pastor Roger Daniels will officiate. Burial will be in Oswego Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 29, at First Baptist Church, Oswego. Arrangements are by the Derfelt Funeral Home, Oswego.
