Patrick, William G.William G. Patrick, 90, of Coplay, PA, died Sunday, June 8, 2014, at Sacred Heart Assisted Living in Northampton, PA. Born September 16, 1923 in Coplay, PA, he was the son of the late John and Catherine (Gontkosky) Patrick. He was the husband of Grace (Allen) Patrick for the past 66 years. He worked as a machinist for Mack Trucks before retiring in 1986. He served his country in the Army as a Corporal in WWII. William was a life member of the Fullerton Fire Co.; a member of the Coplay American Legion Post #426; a member of the UAW Local 677 (retirees); the former Koplay Keystone Kops; and a past member of various Lehigh Valley & Coplay social clubs. Survivors: In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, William Patrick & wife Bonnie of Whitehall, PA; daughter, Kathleen wife of William Fenstermaker of Whitehall, PA; 2 grandchildren: Brock and Shelby Fenstermaker; he was predeceased by a sister, Elaine Mesaros. Services: Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 4 S. Fifth St., Coplay, PA. A calling hour from 8:30-9:30a.m. will precede the service in the Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton, PA. Interment will follow with military honors in the parish cemetery, Coplay, PA. Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the VA or to the American Cancer Society - LV Chapter, both c/o the funeral home.
