Bill was predeceased by his son Mark W. Rabenold.

Bill invited me to come in his screened in porch when I was walking my dog, Rusty Wallace. Rusty would jump up and lick Bill's face. He really enjoyed Rusty. I knew Bill a long time, being a former neighbor. He certainly will be missed. So sorry for your loss. My prayers and thoughts to you, Betty, and family. Barbara Somers

Bill was an awesome neighbor and yes all of us would wave to him as he sat on his porch watching the traffic, nearly everyday.
