Rebecca Lee Jenkins of Taylorsville, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at her residence.
Rebecca was born in McDowell County, on November 14, 1987, to Rusty Jenkins and the late Tina Watkins McMahan. Rebecca was known as a faithful and loving person who had a great sense of humor. She was also known to have no filter. Rebecca was always looking to help others. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jacob Jenkins.
Those left to cherish her memory including her father are her husband, Johnathan Cutler; and his mother, Sherry Cutler; her maternal grandmother, Jessie Watkins; grandma, Ada Webb-Willis; nieces, Charity Jenkins and Serenity Jenkins; sister-in-law, Kayla Bartlett; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at Muddy Creek Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m., with the Rev. Daniel McMahan and the Rev. Daniel Parker officiating. Interment will follow at Muddy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the church.
