L. BULLOCK Obituary

L. JUNE (REID) BULLOCK L. June (Reid) Bullock, age 85, of Atchison, KS, passed away at home on January 28, 2025. June was born on April 10, 1939, to Roy and Evelyn (Mahan) Reid in the Good Intent township, rural Atchison County, KS. June married William Joseph (Joe) Bullock, on February 10, 1957, at First Christian Church, Atchison, KS. June was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joe; her parents, Roy and Evelyn; brother, Paul; sisters-in-law and spouses, Helen and William Thurlow, and Wilma and Robert Thorne; and nephew, Gary Thorne. She is survived by her five children: Joe (Sharon) Bullock, Dea (Basil) Yanke, Shelly Stohs, Brenda Bullock, and Nancy (Chris Phipps) Bullock; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; her brother, David (Lois) Reid; numerous nieces and nephews; and family friend, Doran Bailey. A Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 11 am at St. John Lutheran Church, Bendena, KS, with a meal and visitation afterward. Burial will be held privately at the Moray Cemetery. Flowers and contributions may be sent to the Harman-Rohde Funeral Home, P.O. Box 426, Wathena, KS 66090.
