Carlos Trivino

On the morning of March 3, 2022 Carlos "David" Trivino, esq., age 49 went to heaven to be with the Lord surrounded by his family in Marietta. He was born January 16, 1973 in the golden state of California. David's short time on this earth was well lived and he was well loved. A renaissance man always in a hurry to enjoy a full life. He was affectionately referred to as the "people's lawyer". He received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University (2009) and his Bachelor (1995) and Master of Science in Management (1997) from Georgia Tech. He graduated from Marietta High School in 1991. He was an ASE Transmission certified mechanic. Master automotive technician and past instructor at Chattahoochee Technical college. He could fix anything with a piece of gum & wire, Macgyver style. He was a member of the Cobb County Bar, graduate of the Leadership Cobb Class of the Cobb County Chamber of Commerce, honorable Commanders program and he had the honor of joining the United States Supreme Court Bar and the Georgia State Bar. He was well traveled visiting 6 continents. Loved to salsa & have a grand old time. He was a beloved son, the best brother, and the kindest and most fun-loving uncle to his nieces and nephew. David never knew a stranger. David was proceeded in death by his father, Lubin Trivino. He is survived by his mother Aura Trivino and three brothers Dr. Wilson, Miguel (Jessica) and Daniel (Andrea) and his three nieces (Gabriella, Arianna, and Waverly) and nephew (Matthew), as well as many dearly loved friends and family. Visitation will be held Friday, March 4 at Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home from 5:00 -7:00 pm. Funeral Services will be Saturday, March 5 at 1:00 pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta with a graveside service to follow at 3 pm Cheatham Hill Memorial Park.
