Annell was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who spent her life taking care of her family and ensuring that there was always someone available when loved ones arrived home after a busy day of work, school, or extra-curricular activities.
Survivors include her daughter Wanda Eison of Overland Park, KS, grandson Christopher Valencia of Brooklyn, NY, granddaughter Caitlin Valencia of Independence, MO, great-granddaughter Makenna Hefele of Independence, MO, twin brothers Earl Wheeler of Dallas and Eddie Wheeler of Spartanburg, SC.
