Delores Castro Obituary
Her loves were her two sons, Danny Castro and David Castro and her "daughter" Kim Castro. Her two grandchildren Alexander and Danielle made her life complete.
She leaves behind her loving husband of 46 years Danny, her two brothers Raul(Kathy)Gonzales Jr and Paul(Cora)Gonzales, David's girlfriend Devenie Gonsalves, her best friend Petra Ramirez, her nieces and nephews, goddaughters, numerous cousins, and friends too many to count!
She graduated from Atwater High in 1963. She was a Cub Scout Den mother, the PTA president at Lathrop School for 5 years, she ran for Lathrop City Council, and was the president of Ballet Folklorico of Lathrop for 6 years. She worked at RGIS Inventory for 22 years and was a team leader.
She loved Disneyland and all things Mickey! She went the year it opened and at least 50 more times during her life. She especially enjoyed her annual YaYa trips for her birthdays! She will be missed desperately by all who know and love her!
Visitation at 3-5pm on March 31st at Ivers & Alcorn Funeral home in Atwater. Rosary on March 31st at 7pm and Mass on April 1st at 10 am at St Anthony's Church in Atwater. Flowers and remembrances can be sent to Ivers & Alcorn in Atwater.

Although I never had the pleasure of meeting her, I think I can imagine the grief of losing one's brother or sister. I extend my deepest sympathies to the family of Delores and to her brothers, Raul Jr. and Paul and their respective families. May she rest in peace.
