APRIL 2, 1947 - JULY 1, 2018
Irving William Reed was born to Irving and Eleanor Reed on April 2nd, 1947 in Melrose Park, Illinois. He went home to be with His Lord on July 1st, 2018 in Merced, California. After serving his final assignment for the United States Air Force at Castle Air Force Base, Irving settled down in Atwater, where he lived for over 30 years. He worked for over 25 years at Quad/Graphics Inc. (a.k.a. Quebecor, World Color Press Inc.) He is preceded in death by his first wife, Linda; his second wife, Eva; his son, Phillip; his sister, Ann; his brother, Scott; and his brother-in-law, Alfred. He is survived by his stepson, Timothy Vincent; his sisters, Nancy Klemm, Michelle (Billy) Green, Bonnie (Rob) Hazelwood, and Lora Reed; his brothers, Michael (Maurine) Reed, and Greg (Linda) Reed; his brother-in-law, Paul Ziegler; as well as several nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces. He will be greatly missed! Services for Irving will be held on Thursday, July 12th, 2018 at the Victory Baptist Church, located at 1280 Sierra Vista Street in Atwater, California. There will be a viewing from 9 AM to 11 AM followed by a funeral service from 11 AM to Noon. Interment will be at the Winton District Cemetery immediately following the service.

I am sorry to hear of Irv's passing. I had the pleasure and honor of working with him not only at Color Press but also as far back as Maracy Mill. He taught me alot thru out all those years. He was a great person and will missed greatly.
