Nilas Hughes Obituary
Nilas was born October 25, 1956 in Merced, CA to Marvin and Luisa Hughes. He attended Our Lady of Mercy elementary school, graduated from Merced High School in 1974, and attended Merced College where he gained his knowledge in construction. It led to a lifetime career and ownership of a construction business in Mammoth Lakes, CA . He moved to Canada in 2010.
Nilas is survived by his wife Linda Fiset in Canada, adoptive daughter Marla Seeley in Morro Bay, brother Arthur Hughes, sisters Cherie Jones, Diane Hughes-Causey, Lili Paddeck, and Julie Rennick.

I remember Nilas as a tall gentle giant when he was a young man , always a cool cat . Had not seen him for over 30 years . My condolences to his Family ,
