Mrs. Chamberlain was my very favorite teacher ever! She was my 2nd grade teacher at Almond School in the 1960s, and I loved being in her class. I'll always have fond memories of her warm enthusiasm, her love for her students (including me), and her love of reading (she was at her best when she'd read to us -- a wonderful treat).
She was a woman of grace throughout all the years I knew her. I am thankful that she was at our wedding in 1986 and remained a friend of the family throughout the years. I am grateful for the memories that I will treasure forever.
