Compadre Cary, it´s been so many years that you have been gone. Now Comadre Maxine is with you. We had many wonderful memories together. Now Compadre Eddie is with you and Maxine. He went home when he was called on April 8, 2023, the day before Easter. I´m happy that Eddie is there with you two. He´s there with his parents, my parents and many relatives and friends. It´s knowing that you three will see each other again. I remember when we use to go and get my haircut. Maxine always gave great haircuts. Then things got busy and couldn´t go to San Jose all the time. Please give Comadre Maxine a big hug and tell Eddie I miss him sooo much. We will all be together one day when GOD decides to take me home too. Love and miss all three of you.

Dad, It's been 2 months today that you had to leave your loves ones behind. To enjoy enternal life with"GOD".
As I seat in the chair that you loved so much, I stare at your urn as I hold Nathan he also stares and smiles. I tell him that, he is Grandpa's little "NING NING" then he really smiles and shakes his head.......I start to cry........you will never be forgotten

In 1969 my brother was my unofficial Campaign Manager/Chaperone when I ran for Elk's Queen Candidate. He introduced me to all his friends to sell tickets every day and night. He had a “great” sense of humor. When Lorraine was a baby, he would drop by just to wake her up and then leave me with the crying infant. I loved to see him working as a bartender. He was fast and mixed a good drink. Even tried new drinks on us. He would lecture me to do right and take me to have fun like at the drive-in. He was a good big brother. There was no step or half, just a brother that I loved and will miss.
Love,
Stella

In 1963 my mother died and left my Dad with 4 small children to raise. Two from her previous marriage and two from him. He asked his oldest son, Cary and his young new family to move to Guadalupe to help him with the "kids” and like a good son he did. He was the good looking cool big brother everyone wanted. He was our protector and friend all in one. We will be forever grateful to him and Maxine for their sacrifice. I was blessed to call him my brother. I will miss him more than I can express in words but will continue with his spirit of family everyday of my life. This is what he taught me.

My God's love fill everyone's broken heart. We were all lucky to have had Uncle Cary in our lives. The memories I have of our times together are so vivid, it feels like yesterday. Watching Willy Wonka (to this day my favorite movie), eating eggplant/spagetti, and trips to the Flea Market every time we visited you. I am still grateful to you and Auntie for opening your home when I lived with you while looking for my place in San Jose. Your sense of humor and they way you teased us will always bring a smile to my face. You are truly missed Uncle, kiss Grandpa Ernie (ning-ning), Grandma Pauline and Danielle for me, and save a place in Heaven for me. Until we are all together again, you we always be in all of our hearts. Love, Your Niece, Lorraine

Im posting this a couple of hours early:
One Month ago Month(Nov,10,2011) today God called you and said "My son you have battled cancer long enough, Please take my hand, I promise you No more pain"
Even though your life here on earth had to end.My pain of losing you is so unbearable & the hardest thing Ive had to do.
When I'm alone driving to and from work I begin to cry. Knowing that you are no longer with us.
Just so you know I feel that I'm the luckest girl to have such a wonderful father as you. Those are the memories that i will cherish for the rest of my life. May you rest in peace DAD. You will be forever in my heart. love your daughter Francine

James and I have so many memories of good times since our school days. How fast the years seemed to have gone by. There are no words to express our sorrow but we know you are at rest and peace with all of our departed family and friends. We will all be together again one day so this is not goodbye but rather "until we meet again." Thank you for loving my sister Maxine since and your family who will carry your memories forever.
