It's sad to hear that my buddy. Frank passed way me and Frank met at the United States federal building when we worked for Management and training He was in charge of maintenance. And I was in charge of housekeeping. We had a good time together. We could sit and talk about anything. Because we came from a military family I Was in the navy and we could talk about anything I'm gonna miss you Frank, I wish we can't touch cause I really always gonna to look you up but I didn't know how to after you left the federal buil. Don't worry about it, we'll see each other again in heaven.

I was so sad to hear of Frank's passing. He was a good friend and a pleasure to be around. He was generous with his time and always willing to help others. I came to know Frank from work, over 30 years ago. Working with him was something I always enjoyed, he was such a cheerful, happy-go-lucky character. In later years, in our separate careers, he was an important part for my own early success in business, something I'll always be grateful for.
Rest in peace, Frank, you'll be missed.
